Its advisory board includes former Canadian Prime Minister Kim Campbell and former California governor Gray Davis.
Its governing board is chaired by Linda Adams, the former Secretary for Environmental Protection at the California EPA and also includes Katie Sullivan, managing director of the IETA.[2]
