Brent Scowcroft

Former Shareholder of Halliburton and Kissinger Associates, Co-Chair of the Aspen Strategy Group, and Chief Technology Officer of Conoco Phillips. As the National Security Advisor of former U.S. President & CIA Director George H.W. Bush, he was instrumental in the administration's adoption of the phrase "New World Order" to refer to U.S. Hegemony on the eve of the Invasion and Genocide of Iraq beginning in 1991.[1][2] He subsequently served as the Chairman of U.S. President George W. Bush's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board from 2001-2004, during the second invasion and occupation of Iraq. [3]

Former chairman and CEO of Lockheed Martin and founder of In-Q-Tel, the CIA venture funding arm which helped launch Google, Facebook, Palantir, and other notable corporations. Board member of Phillips Petroleum and Conoco Phillips for over two decades during this time.[4]
