The Regen Consortium was announced in September 2018 as the group of organizations governing Regen Foundation, Regen Ledger, and the Regen Network's yearly grant process.[1]

As the governance body of the Regen Foundation, it is directly responsible for electing its Board of Directors[2].

Members

The founding members of the Regen Consortium were announced in September 2018: Terra Genesis International, Regen Network Development, Savory Institute, Kiss The Ground, Fibershed, GenBlue, Nori, and Soil Heroes.[3]

Glynwood CRFF has since joined the Consortium, while GenBlue, Nori, and Soil Heroes have left.[4]

Terra Genesis International

The CERES programming language underlying the Regen Ledger is currently licensed as the corporate intellectual property of Terra Genesis International:

TGI Treasurer & Director Will Szal is currently the President of the Regen Foundation.[6]
