Climate Wiki is a knowledge commons founded upon the ecological design principles of permaculture.

Deeply rooted in food sovereignty, Climate Wiki seeks to establish climate justice across Mother Earth and her many bioregions.

Getting Started

Three easy steps:

1) Sign up for an account if you don't have one yet!

2) Read our formatting guide to learn Wiki syntax

3) Start browsing the Wiki and making edits!

Use the sidebar to view lists of pages such as all pages, recently updated pages, and our categorized index (coming soon!)

You can also use the Search bar to look up any topic of interest to you!

Bioregional Orientation

Climate Wiki is founded on the principle that bioregions help us scientifically and politically organize our responses to climate collapse and the sixth mass extinction in a way that effectively balances local and international dynamics.

New WikiGardeners are invited to learn about bioregionalism, and search for or create a page about their bioregion, watershed, or local ecosystems. Climate Wiki supports a variety of bioregional projects.

Taking Action

Although Climate Wiki is designed to host many kinds of information, the need for urgent and deeply transformative climate action is one of its founding principles. For this reason, we always encourage Wiki gardeners to seek, develop, and share practical resources which contribute to our growing library of the best ways of taking climate action.
