Soil Carbon Cowboys is a 2015 documentary promoting Allan Savory's Holistic Management, funded by a grant from Shell Oil and made in collaboration with the World Bank.[1][2]

The documentary greenwashes and denies the overwhelming scientific evidence that beef is the most emissions-intensive food; and that people - especially citizens of wealthy countries - need to drastically reduce their beef consumption to stop climate collapse.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]

Production

The film was directed and produced by Peter Byck, a Professor at Arizona State University whose professional speaking lineup includes:

Google, Facebook, McDonald’s, Boeing, Nike, Microsoft, Shell Oil, Walmart, Cargill, White House OST & CEQ, World Bank, Prince Charles’ B.E.P. program @ Cambridge University, House of Commons & U.S. Embassies in London, Berlin and Vienna, various U.S. Consulates in Scotland, Ireland and Germany.[12]
